Update on 28 March, 21:50 PM
We are continuing to work on a few network-related problems that have arisen earlier today after the first issue described was resolved. While the nature of the problem has been identified, we are still urgently working on the necessary fix required to resolve the problem. As a result, access to the SimplerCloud portal and to some Virtual Machines / servelets / public cloud plans on our public cloud infrastructure remains limited or unavailable. We are working urgently to fix the issue and apologise for all inconveniences caused.

We have identified an issue with our network that is causing some connectivity and availability problems, and are currently urgently working to assess and fix the issue.
At present, some VMs in our public cloud and the SimplerCloud customer portal are still unavailable. Our team is actively working on this with the utmost urgency and will continue to post available updates here.
Update on 28 March, 11:25 HR: Completion of Data Center Migration and extension of Maintenance Window for Some Virtual Machine / Servelet (Simple Plan) customers
The data center migration completed successfully at approximately 6AM today and all dedicated server, private cloud server customers are successfully up and running.
At present, we are currently encountering a network-related issue that is affecting some of our VM customers, including those on Simple plans. As a result, some customers and our SimplerCloud customer portal are currently available. Our team is actively working on this and will post available updates here.
